Hospertz undertakes manpower planning as per the service and facility mix of the hospital and will staff key individuals at the appropriate time of the project's progress. Hospertz can, if you wish recruit/train the department managers and support staff at appropriate time intervals while being judicious and cost-effective. In addition, HR Manual, Employee Policies and Procedure Handbooks, Salary and Benefit Structure and Job Descriptions for every resource will also be developed simultaneously. A major focus will include the recruitment of physicians and specialists in accordance with the hospital anticipated services lines and related needs.

In order to ensure that the hospital promotes an environment conducive to offering quality care, Hospertz will work closely with the Quality Team to put an actionable Quality Assurance plan in place. In addition, Hospertz will you draft all the Standard Operating Procedures and Protocol that will address the need for maintaining service accountability and measure performance outcomes for every department.

Hospertz will develop the Hospital Operating Policies and Procedures, as well as set in place clearly-chalked out roles for Charge Description Manager and set a billing process that can strictly be adhered too.

Additionally, we will implement Financial Controls/Processes, Pricing Strategy and contract with potential insurance/TPAs, private employers and government entities to provide healthcare services while assuring prompt payments to manage your cash flow.

If required, we can also arrange for training support and skill development for the clinical, non-clinical and technical staff, specifically in terms of medical management, accreditations, polices and protocols, SOPs soft skill and hospital etiquettes.

We conduct a pre-assessment and skill mapping of the existing staff and accordingly develop a capacity-building and re-skilling road-map for our doctor-associate.
